Dandruff Solution

Dandruff is a scalp problem very common and very embarrassing. the flaking accompanying dandruff is caused by something called seborrheic dermatitis, sometimes just called seborhoea.

Quick Tips:

  • Apply the lemon juice on scalp before half and hour of washing them. After washing the hairs with slightly warm water, The Dandruf will stop falling off and hairs will also Become shiny.

  • Mix 2 tea spoon pure vinegar and 6  teaspoons water and apply it on scalp before going to bed. Tie a towel arround the head.Wash your Head next Morning. After shampooing rinse again with vinegar water. Treat your hair like this once a week

  • Take two cup water, add 4-5 teaspoon dried thyme and boil for 10 mins. Cool, Strain, and use The mixture to massage scalp. Keep for half an hour
  • Massage scalp with almond Oil. Dip a towel in boiling water and wrap it arround hairs.repeat it thrice or four times when the towel gets cold.
  • Try not to scratch scalp to prevent blisters, which may cause secondary infection.

  • Preperation of two parts lime, two times each orange.Then Rub the head of lime on the surface of the head as evenly massage.Let stand about 30 mins. And then rinse the hairs untill completely clean. if you do this this on a regular basis omce a week, the dandruf will not always stay on the scalp.

  • Avoid stress although it is not a direct cause, stress can cause immune deficiency to over come dandruf.

  • Avoid the use of hair oil, gel , Hair sprays as it cause a excessive growth of skin fungi.

  • Mix one Tsp lemon juice with two spoon vinegarand massage on the scalp wash hairs with egg shampoo

  • Keep your skin health with vitamin B rich food such as Egg yolk,nuts,seeds and dark green vegetables.

  • Use Antidandruff shampooo on the daily basiss.

     
  • Mix coconut oil and lemon juice in a 2:1 and one egg yolk. Prepare this Mixture Freshly Before Applying it in night with gentle fingers movements. Wash the hairs with warm water in the morning. This will also have fasts results in removing dandruff and will alson make your hair shiny and healtly.

Respect is a very basic human need.We all feel that need, and some of us struggle to get it. It is important to learn how to earn respect at the work place, at home, from your friends to your family.respect is of two types 
Normative Respect And Earned Respect.

Normative respect is some thing you get because of your status, Job title and Social position etc.Earned respect is one that you get because of your character.It is the earned respect that lasts longer, matters more and ultimately shows how respectable you are. In our journey towards personality development, it is important for us to learn how to gain this second type of respect from others. We all want to gain earned respect.

The oldage says it well"Give respect and take respect".Some people have the misconception that if you show respects to others, it somehow demeans you in their eyes and you won't get their respect back.Nothing could be furthur from the truth.By treating others the way you like to be treated, you are ensuring their respect. Think about that you respect more, the one who disrespects you or the one who treats you well?? First respect your self; If you have self-esteem issues, it is hard for others to respect you. Always treat your self with respect, you project an image of respectability.It is extremely important to learn to be firm. Being aggressive or passive is something you should learn to overcome.Assertiveness is very valuable people skill.When we are assertive of our rights and values, we immediately rise up in other's estimation.All the well respected people of the world have strong values. When our conscience tells us something is against our value and principles, we must stand firm and do the right thing.

It is very hard to respect people who fly off the handle every two minutes. It is important to get grip on your emotions.I am not saying that you have to turn all robatic; you just have to have a hold  over your emotions and not let them control you.Well a Key element of earning respect is to honour your commitments.Always keep your words, Be honest and diliver what you have promised.This will boast you esteem in the eyes of other.Any one who cannot depend upon will find it hard to get others to respect them.Always be the Best you can be.

When you Diliver your 100%, Others will look up to you and respect you it is important to be sincere to your job and Always strive for excellence.Even at home, it is important to try and be the best at the role you play in your family.Set your standard high and exceed them.It will work wonder for your self-respect and get others to Respect you.

Weight Loss Now a days is a Great Problem! i wanna Share My experience And Tips of loosing Weight whichx gonna work 100% u just have to act Upon it :) 

Loosing weight only depends upon
1. Your Determination
2. How much you are serious about it
3. Being Paitence For the results
4. Exercise

If u want to lose weight avoid over eating and Do Exercise

  • Question Arrises:

How To train ur Self not to eat Much ???

 Well unlike other i am not in favour of crush diet . I want u to reduce over eating in steps

1. During First two week just reduce a bit Of ur Food ( weeks can be 3 or 4 )

2. Then during 2nd two weeks Reduce It to Half 

3. And Finally tarin ur self to follow Step 2

 Now If ull try to do the same thing that i have discussed above at first ull come accross some difficuilty bt very soon ull get use to it . Again i Wanna mention that the main thing is Ur DETERMINATION and How much you are SERIOUS about it

If you are not serious then you cannot loose ur weight (Dont Mind)

Avoid Junk Food and Eat Vegetable And Fruits ( I think this Sounds Gross Bt Still u have to do so )

  • Be PatienceNow i have seen this thing that people get use to the plan that i have discussed above. But very soon they get dishearted Cause they cannot see a change in themselves . The thing is that they are Expecting a change very soon while i want u to keep this in your mind that the results apears slowly! and for sure (Cause efforts never get waste)
  • Exercise Must

    Along with food control,  EXERCISE is also very important for quick results ! Unlike others ill not recommend a heavy exercise! Just Do 30 Crunches a day and when ull get use to it then increase the Number from 30 to 50 ! Furthur More Running is the most effective exercise for loosing weight !

    • Measure ur weight and Waist Before The Above Procedure and After this Procedure Ull surely get Positive results :)

  • Time is Not too late U can have a Control on ur Weight :)

A Great Advice For Ur Difficuilties

When a Difficulty come's in front of u then u dont have to get panic! be paitence and think of a way how to get rid of it. Furthuemore u should be thankful for that Difficulty/Hardships cause u can gain a great experience from that situation.

Dont Get Panic During a Difficulty Cause It will Increase ur Tension and The Problem will not Get solved.

Secondly Get Relax And then think of a way how to get Rid Of It.

Think about the best way that will let u get rid of that problems.

Call ur friends for help.

Once ull get start of Solving ur Problem/Difficuilty then ull surely gonna Get rid of it .

Two Things i wanna Mention Again.

One "DONT Get confuse at the moment" And Second "Be Relax and Think Of a way To Solve The Problem"

Let me Give u an exapmle ; A difficulty that happend with me

Today we All friends went for having fun in over car. On our way Car became out of order . We were 4 in number All of us were good friends :) .So at first we didn't had any hope to get rid of it . Also we were hell tired :(. In this Situation instead of getting Confused and tensed We Tried to get relax.

U must be thinking that we should have call the Mechanic . But Believe me At the moment due to tension We Didnt CAme up with this plan at once . Moreover After Getting Relax We Came Up With this Plan To get The Mechanic for solving our And thus our Problem got solved.......

I have Written this advice cuzz the above mention difficulty happend with us today! So I thought To write a Post About It And let me Help Othersss :)


Main Thing is that Dont Get Panic , get relax and think of a way to get rid of your problem :)
